Spotlight
We really hope all our clients, vendors and friends achieve all their set goals in 2008. We're sure one of those goals is to make tons of money. Well, this post on our website should give you an idea of what kind of storage space you're gonna need if you were to happen to make $315 billion this next year! You would be truly blessed, but cursed with a HUGE problem!

Well it's about time!
Advertising agencies such as ourselves spend so much time advising and helping our clients communicate that we don't always practice what we preach. It's time for that to change for Traction. We've made plenty of changes in the last year or so and this is going to be another.
Welcome to our new monthly e-newsletter!
It should only make sense that we start communicating this way since we recently launched our very own product, MagneticMail, that generates these slick, graphic emails and delivers them to the inboxes of your customers.
In these e-newsletters we plan to share what goes on with Traction, our clients and the industry as a whole. From e-marketing & search, to blogs, ads, radio, television and anything else you can stick a logo on, we'll give out our thoughts on the trends and give away some trade secrets!
Look forward to engaging content conveniently plopped onto your screen each month! And always check out the Spotlight for some quick inspiration. Forward this to everyone you think should have it via our Recycle This.
// Thanks for reading and enjoy!
December 2007 brought BIG NEWS!
We've got something really exciting to tell the world! Click here to read our short and direct blog posting telling you why a bottle of Dom Perigon was uncorked and a toast was made.
MagneticMail hits the virtual shelves.
If you haven't heard already, MagneticMail is new product we've launched. This easy and simple online software lets anyone sign up for a FREE account and create beautifully designed HTML emails (like the one you're reading now... it came straight from our wonderful new product). You're able to send them to lists you can easily manage and track who opens them, when and what they find interesting enough to click on.
Visit this section of our site to learn more and look forward to more intelligent, simple communication products coming soon! Contact us if you're interested and want a demo of the real thing!
What's new on the web?
Actually this day and age, what’s not new? Another online interactive community seems to pop up every day. There is way too much out there for anyone to absorb on his/her own. However, each month we'd like to continually identify, explain and point you to some sites that are up-and-coming and breaking new ground which just might change the way we work, think, play, act, surf, enter your own activity here, etc.
Check out Mahalo.
This is a new human-powered search engine that is already live, but in its building stage. Mahalo creates organized, comprehensive, hand indexed and spam-free search results for the most popular search items. You can even submit your own information if you find that what you’re looking for is not on there. Mahalo has a program called the Mahalo Greenhouse allowing anyone to write and index search result pages and get paid for each page (pending approval from Mahalo of course). This site could easily overtake Google for search someday. Learn all you could want to know about it here. Read a really good article from FastCompany about the man against the machine here.
What's a Wiffiti?
Many of us like to text, or are forced to respond to text messages. But what about texting a place rather than a person? Wiffiti’s message is “txt out loud.” Any message you text, is sent as a public statement (if the wiffiti screen you text is public). To make more sense, Wiffiti screens are broadcast on tv screens and monitors in public places, projected at events and seminars, and even plotted on a world map. Wiffiti players are easily embedded with simple, provided HTML code on web pages all over the Internet. What a hit at a party this could be! See an example we set up for you here! Don't be shy now... you know you want to text it! Go ahead!
Thanks for reading all the way to the bottom!
If you just can't get enough of the good info here, then visit the blogs on our website where we've been posting some good info, and where we're about to start posting a whole lot more!
Have a great January nd we'll be back in touch with you in February!
